help pls. need to chunk large file to be downloaded

Im having a problem here. Im using windows OS platform, i have to chunk a large file to be downloaded from an ftp server. And then merge it after all chunks have been downloaded.

Ive read in this forum, somebody asked about creating multiple threads for a large file (say 10MB). Where Thread 1 would download 1st 1MB size of the large file, Thread 2 downloads 2nd. and so on. And i think one of the edt support mentioned that you would update or include it.

Pls help me, i need it asap. Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the guy who was working on the chunking is away this week. I'm not sure what the status of it is, but I'll ask him to post a reply when he comes back on Monday.

This is something we would like to do (and are planning to do) but we haven't got to it yet. If it is critical to you, consider becoming a customer :)
