The com.enterprisedt.BaseIOException.java source appears to be missing from both the latest 1.5.3 and prior 1.5.2 Zip distributions. (The class file is present in one of the jar files inclluded).

Is this intentional?

No, it's a mistake. It's now fixed, you can download again from
