CompleteFTP Updates and Support Renewal
Regular product updates
We take security seriously, and our team of developers are constantly updating and keeping in line with the latest cryptographic developments and improvements. We regularly release updates in the form of new versions, protecting and improving our products on an ongoing basis.
Technical support
We pride ourselves on providing accurate and responsive technical support, and our efforts have been rewarded by the overwhelmingly positive feedback and high satisfaction we receive from customers each year.
Having a current licence agreement provides you with the following benefits:
- Personal and friendly assistance to resolve issues
- Access to critical software updates
- Knowledgeable advice from our highly experienced support team
- Help with server migration
- Step-by-step guidance on a wide range of issues
- Access to the latest versions of CompleteFTP
All licence purchases include 12 months of essential product updates and technical support. Renew your licence before it expires to ensure you receive the best support and latest releases. Agreements that are renewed prior to expiry receive a substantial discount.
It is EnterpriseDT policy that support for all CompleteFTP licenses must be renewed concurrently. This is because it's not practical for us to distinguish between the various licenses that a customer may own, so by offering updates and support for one license we are effectively offering it for all licenses. Please contact us if you've retired some of your licenses and no longer require support for those.
Existing Licence | Standard | Professional | Enterprise |
---|---|---|---|

All prices are in US dollars and net of applicable taxes.
Owners of Corporate Licenses who wish to renew their support agreements are asked to contact us for a quote, as are owners of the now discontinued multi-server license packs.
